WHEN YOU ORDER
When you place an order with IncoCare Trading we will:
Acknowledge your order by e-mail, following receipt of your order form. This e-mail will be your invoice and include details of your order and postage & packing costs. Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct. Endeavor to fulfill your full order requirements. If there are any problems, we will inform you immediately by e-mail or phone and offer an alternative to you without prejudice. Dispatch the goods to your specified address by your chosen postage method within 7 working days of receipt of payment.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
We will accept payment using direct bank transfer and credit card payments through PayPal.
All items are priced in NZD include GST @ 15%. Orders from outside NZ will not be charged with GST. This will be done automatically according to the delivery address provided. Export orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
These conditions of Sale and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction unless we determine otherwise.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the distance selling regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel their order up to seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You must inform us by e-mail and return the goods in new and unused condition with the original packaging to us, along with a copy of the invoice or receipt. We will then issue a refund (excluding p&p) via the customers Credit Card or another chosen method. Please note it is your responsibility to pay for all return postage. We reserve the right to refuse; exchange or refund if the goods have been worn or used, unless returned under complaint and the complaint is accepted by us.
RETURNS POLICY
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions in the catalogue and on our web site are accurate. If for any reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned unused, and in its original packaging, within 10 days and a full refund or replacement will be given.
After 10 days an administration charge of NZD 5.00 will be deducted, plus the cost of postage and packaging. We do not accept returns after 3 months of ordering goods. We hope you will be very happy with the goods you have purchased. Please note that for hygiene reasons washed or worn items cannot be exchanged.
FAULTY GOODS
If goods are found not to be of merchantable quality, they may be returned within 10 days and a replacement will be sent, or the money refunded.

Our privacy policy consists of the following statement:
The information we collect from customers is only used to process and deliver an order.
The information we collect consists of the information supplied by customers at the point of sale using the online order form, the non-internet order form or our enquiry form.
This information is:
- Customers name and address.
- Recipients name and address (optional)
- Customers telephone number
- Customers E-mail address
- Date of all transactions including refunds
We do not store any credit card information. The complete payment process is handled in its own secure PayPal environment.
We will treat your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand's Privacy Act 1993. We will not pass on your details to any third party and your personal data will be stored in New Zealand.
The information we have will be as accurate and as up to date as your last transaction with us.
You have the right as an individual to check the information that we hold about you, by e-mailing us and to request that we correct any errors in your personal information. If there are any mistakes or inaccuracies we will delete or correct it immediately.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on incocare.co.nz and all content located on the site shall remain vested in Incocare Trading or its licensors (which includes other users).
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Incocare Trading content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any incocare.co.nz content except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Any other use of incocare.co.nz content requires the prior written permission of NZEBIKES 2016 Ltd.
