What if I order more than a case and I won't show me shipping cost?
Due to the complex nature of calculating the correct shipping cost and the limitation of a package size to 0.125 cbm I will have to calculate shipping manually for larger orders.
At the checkout you will see that there are no cost, but it states "TBD (free for pickup)" - means either you ask me beforehand how much shipping will be to avoid surprises or you still place the order and I will get back to you with the additional cost.
Shipping can only be paid by bank transfer or card, not Afterpay.
Are there any size restrictions on parcels that can be sent to a Woolworth supermarket for me to pick up?
Yes, Parcel Collection and Drop-Off service at Woolworth supermarkets have different size and weight limits to some of standard NZ Post locations.
The parcel limits for those sites are:
maximum weight of 15kg dimensions of no more than 50cm x 40cm x 30cm (max 2 bags of diapers!). If a parcel sent to a Parcel Collection and Drop-Off point at a Woolworth exceeds those dimensions, the parcel will be returned to the depot and we will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
To ensure your privacy all orders will be delivered in neutral packaging, with an inconspicuous sender name (I.C. Trading). There is no indication of the contents.
We automatically choose the most economic and affordable shipping option, depending on the volume of the order and your address. Moreover we subsidy most of the freight options to fix the costs to a maximum limit. Please ask us for any special shipping requests before you finalize your order.
The delivery time for goods in stock are usually between 1-3 days, depending on your address in New Zealand.
If for unforeseeable reasons a product is out-of-stock although our system has shown stock, we will inform you immediately with the option either to get a refund or keep it on back-order.
