We automatically choose the most economic and affordable shipping option, depending on the volume of the order and your address. Moreover we subsidy most of the freight options to fix the costs to a maximum limit. Please ask us for any special shipping requests before you finalize your order.
The delivery time for goods in stock are usually between 1-3 days, depending on your address in New Zealand. For Australia we can only ship using standard non-tracked post with typical transfer times of 10-14 days.
If for unforeseeable reasons a product is out-of-stock although our system has shown stock, we will inform you immediately with the option either to get a refund or keep it on back-order.
