I found this little neat (free ;-) blog module and think it might be useful to have a better interaction than sending emails or messages in the shop system.
Although it's not an interactive bulletin board, I will try to open new threads for topics which might be interesting to discuss.
Just comment on this one with your ideas and I will add this into a new category if required.
